The Health Reboot Curriculum:

WEEK 1 – HOW (& WHY) The Health Reboot WORKS

In the first week, we’ll get to know each other a bit and set a strong foundation for your success. You’ll learn more in depth about me and how this program will work for you. You’ll be off and running with some transformational new habits and a new philosophy to set you free.

WEEK 2 – TAMING YOUR INNER SELF-TALK

We all grapple with an inner saboteur. In this session, I’ll teach you to become more aware of your inner dialogue and share how it has far-reaching impacts on your health. Also, I’ll teach you to embrace a new food that will transform your health.

WEEK 3 – THE TOPICAL BEAUTY SESSION

What are you using on your face? What products should you toss out? I’ll share which anti-aging chemicals can actually wreak havoc on a healthy complexion and which products will perfect your pores.

WEEK 4 – Nourishment Upgrades

We will examine our self care routines and see if we can create a foundation of self love and care that is strong enough to keep you on top. Also, we’ll level up your fuel sources.

WEEK 5 – SMOOTHIES AS MEDICINE

Smoothies are a powerful and convenient way to nourish your body and your skin. In this session, I’ll share which ingredients I use the most and which ones I keep away from my blender. You’ll see this beverage in a new light.

WEEK 6 – NEW HABITS WORTH KEEPING

During our final session, we’ll discuss the healthy changes you’ve made and strategize how to keep them. Connect with your fellow group-mates to share your new, lifestyle changes!
