I’m Julie.

I help motivated individuals create positive changes in their health through implementing a whole foods diet, exercise and creating balance in their lives. With my step-by-step approach, I create a custom plan, taking away the intimidation and confusion that many experience when trying to gain control of health. My goal is to empower you!

I believe listening is as important as teaching and I want you to share with me your goals and concerns. Together, we work as a team so that you can take control of your health and happiness.

First, I am a Certified holistic Health Practitioner. I graduated in 2014 from the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I am certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.I also hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts graduating summa cum laude class of 1999.

After spending 17 in the pharmaceutical world, I’ve emerged with a rich understanding of our population’s most common chronic conditions and a desire to help individuals reach their health goals through improved nutrition, exercise, and intuitive problem solving, teaching sustainable practices for your good health.

I am especially passionate regarding type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure.

I have seen the energy and light turn on in so many who have completed the program and would be honored to help you shine again.
