About Julie

Julie Hudson is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She’s certified in Plant-based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies at eCornell. Julie is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.

She loves working with successful, action-oriented, witty people (like you) who are ready to make health a priority — especially if you haven’t been. When your health changes, your entire life changes for the better. Julie has been studying nutrition for nearly 25 years and teaches her vibrant clients how plant-based eating doesn’t equal deprivation – it equals deliciousness. When she isn’t coaching clients, she’s spending time gardening, hiking, reading, dancing, enjoying the beach, and hanging out with her two sons at home on the South Shore in Massachusetts.
